This committee is responsible for programs aimed at improving the sport for participants. It oversees the various points series and other programs directly related to racing. 

Policy and Procedures Committee: Tad Borek, George Meilahn
Responsible for recommendations regarding NCNCA Policies in a wide range of areas, including governance, rule enforcement,
and conflicts of interest within NCNCA.

Technology Committee: Bill Nicely (Chair), Alec Berger
This committee is responsible for issues related to the NCNCA’s use of technology. Primary activities include the NCNCA website
and electronic equipment used at races.

Officials Committee:  Ryan Fu, Barry Parks, Bill Nicely, Tom Simonson, Jeff Wu, Paula Mara
This committee is responsible for training programs for race officials, and other issues related to officials.
