DESCRIPTION:This is a USAC insured cyclocross TRAINING CLINIC by Sterling Sports Group. \nAttention NorCal Junior Racers! \nJoin us for a 3.5 hour clinic on the fundamentals of cyclocross. We’ll cover essentials like bike set up\, how to train for ‘cross\, braking\, turning\, mounts and dismounts\, and riding technical terrain and barriers. You’ll get a follow up email shortly after registering that will have clinic details\, directions\, and the waiver. If you don’t receive the PDF\, email below… \nThis clinic uses the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) Model that progresses riders from recreational to competitive in a structured manner and with attention to the individual. Upon registration you will receive a detailed PDF outline of the course/day. You’re entry fee covers on site drinks and snacks for the day\, and guarantees you a spot.
