DESCRIPTION:Dash for Cash laps with races with 10 or more racers will begin on the second lap and last for a maximum of 20 laps at $10 per lap. Races with less than 10 racers will have Dash for Cash Laps determined at the start of the race by Race Director. \nIncentives Unique to Dash for Cash \n\n10% of proceeds will be donated to Shepherd’s Gate Women’s & Children’s Shelter\nLap the Field Cash: $100 prize for first rider in any race to lap the field (minimum field size of 25).\nBest Young Rider Competition: $50 Best Young Rider Award for first U18 finisher in designated races. See above. U18 race registration is $10/race (only available for day-of registration).\nFREE Kids Race (up to age 10) at 11:10 a.m.\n\nCourse: The course is a flat loop running clockwise through four corners on Johnson Drive and Franklin Drive. Free lap rule is in effect. Bring wheels\, no neutral support. \nNCNCA Championships P/1/2 & Women P/1/2/3: The riders must hold an annual license: riders from outside the NCNCA District are welcomed to compete\, the title/jersey will be awarded to an annual license holder residing in the NCNCA Region. \nUSAC 7J3 Eligiblity: (a) to be eligible for a State Championship jersey or medal\, a rider must hold a current USA Cycling annual license and reside in the state as shown as the rider’s license. (b) State championships are open to US Citizens and permanent residents (green card) with a USA Cycling annual license. (c) Members of UCI Road teams are not eligible for road championships unless there is a separate class for them. SUMMARY:AVRT Pescadero Road Race - NCNCA District Road Race Championship (Elite M&W\, Masters M&W)
DESCRIPTION:This is NCNCA Road Race District Championship for Road Race all categories except Juniors.  It’s is the rider’s responsibility to know qualifications.  Per USAC Rule: \nUSAC 7J3 Eligiblity: (a) to be eligible for a State Championship jersey or medal\, a rider must hold a current USA Cycling annual license and reside in the state as shown as the rider’s license. (b) State championships are open to US Citizens and permanent residents (green card) with a USA Cycling annual license. (c) Members of UCI Road teams are not eligible for road championships unless there is a separate class for them.
