DESCRIPTION:UPDATE 1/19/2024 from Velo Promo: \n\n\nDue to the rain forecast all day on Sunday\, we are canceling the 3rd Early Birds.  Rain will not only make the clinics and debriefs unpleasant and wet(!)\, it will also make the training races unsafe for many riders. \nThose riders already entered will be automatically be moved to registration for the 4th event\, 1/28.  If you wish to be moved to the 5th event\, Feb 4\, please let us know. All fields are WTFNB. \n*Novices must have completed 1 previous Hellyer beginner session (includes this morning’s session). May be upgraded to B or A at supervisor’s discretion. Completion of both the morning beginner session and afternoon mentored races counts as 2 beginner sessions. \nA and B riders will compete in 2 mass-start races and team pursuit or team sprint. A and B riders can come with their chosen pursuit/sprint teams or be assigned to teams. \nNovices will do a standing-start time trial and 2 mass-start races.
