Clinic:

• 9:30 am – noon
• Beginner & intermediate WTFNB riders.
• Instruction on safety, fixed gear riding, track riding etiquette, velodrome drills and training, and lots of practice. All riders must follow structured session – no individual workouts.

Races:

• 1 pm – 5 pm
• Fields: A, B, Novice. All fields are WTFNB.
