Reaching out to our NCNCA Community and beyond, we are in search of a “Certified Traffic Engineer” who could potentially donate their services to our NCNCA Race Promoters. Road races are becoming increasingly harder to hold due to city and county construction and new policies which require more involvement with Certified Traffic Engineers.
